Don’t be fooled by its length of “only” 8 minutes—the sequence chosen for the exercises and the very short recovery times make this training a good challenge even for the most expert users who want to keep their leg muscles in shape in only 8 minutes. Test the resistance of your legs! We recommend this exercise to advanced level users or to those who have already done the entire 4 week program of the preceding level.
