The last chapter in the “8 Min Legs" series is an advanced type of training. Don’t be fooled by its length of “only” 8 minutes—the sequence chosen for the exercises and the very short recovery times make this training a good challenge even for the most expert users who want to keep their leg muscles in shape in only 8 minutes. Test the resistance of your legs! We recommend this exercise to advanced level users or to those who have already done the entire 4 week program of the preceding level.

MON leg workout level 3, ABS level 1 
TUE Firm up/toning buttocks level 1
WED leg workout level 3, ABS level 1
THUR Firm up/toning buttocks level 1
FRI  leg workout level 3, ABS level 1
SAT Firm up/toning buttocks level 1

Would you change anything?
