Negan:

-almost killed a man in a few punches (pre-apocalypse)

-easily destroyed skulls in a few hits using lucille (540kgf needed to accomplish this feat)

-easily threw rick two or three meters through the window

-stronger than simon and destroyed him 1v1 (simon is bigger having good muscle mass)

-strangled to break simon’s neck with his bare hands (450kgf needed to accomplish this feat)

-broke a door lock by hitting it with his right arm (560kgf needed to accomplish this feat)



OVERALL DURABILITY

Negan:

-withstood an intense car crash, rolling inside the vehicle for several meters, being 100% fine seconds later

-withstood Beta’s blows at superhuman level in strength/AP

-AP=durability (tanks the pressure of your blows to wall level)



AGILITY + REFLEXES

Negan:

-former athletic teacher with good physique

-dodged point-blank range an Ax thrown at him

-dodged the flaming lucille in a tight spot full of zombies

-quickly punched simon repeatedly before he can block and dodging straight punches



STAMINA + ENDURANCE

Governor:

-stabbed in the eye and a few hours later he continued fighting

-walked for months in terrible condition, being hungry, tired and dehydrated

-tanked the pain, hitting rick after being shot in the arm by a shotgun



TRAVEL SPEED

Governor:

-ran fast enough to reach Andrea who was miles ahead, being stopped by zombies on the way



C SPEED + R. SPEED

Negan:

-killed a gang of 6~7 bikers in less than 2 minutes

-reacted some direct shots from MP5A3 (supersonic feat)

-reacted direct shot from colt python while driving (another supersonic feat)

-killed three whisperers in seconds by speedblitzing them



MELEE COMBAT + H2H COMBAT

Negan:

-very good h2h combat moves, using elbows, takedowns with hands and legs, grabs, headbutts, dodges, blocks and left and right punches

-superior to rick in his melee combats, destroyed simon in h2h combat, fought dozens of zombies that surrounded him on two occasions

-the governor only uses punches, he often fights injured and weakened people, such as merle weakened after being beaten by the governor’s men and rick with a broken hand and shot in the leg



WEAPONS + PERSONAL EQUIPMENT

Negan:

-has an arsenal as vast as a military base, probably with over 1, 000 weapons from different communities

-baseball bat with barbed wire, combat knife, submachine gun MAC-10, Modified M4A1 Assault Rifle, pistol .50, hard-to-penetrate thick jacket



GUN DUEL + AIM

Negan:

-with a pistol, headshot the entire gang of 6~7 armed bikers in a direct firefight

-headshot a whisperer without looking

Negan:

-killed an armed biker gang with no battle experience

-leads and maintains a structured group of 400~600 violent criminal members

-outsmarted rick's group at nearly all times, outwitting their plans with his brilliant mind

-overcame simon's assassination and dwight's sabotage plans at the same time

-Rick season 3 easily outsmarted the governor, rick had little firepower and governor an army ☠️
