I prefer to watch movies and tv shows. Despise I couldn't understand what I heard, I decided to kept watching them with subtitles and now I can understand like 65% percent without using the subs and I'm so happy. :) it's easy to learn English when you can understand what they say cause you get more vocabulary and in context is easier to get the meaning.

What I realized, after following your lessons, is that in natural conversations, native speakers usually cut some words. I guess this shortening is common for any language, but is very difficult for us, ordinary learners. That's the difference between to read/write something and listen/speak as a native speaker. Practicing, day by day, is the best way to train your ears to get the meaning of such cut words.
