We feed our dog carnivore for almost as long as we’ve had her. We don’t grind, we feed it to her frozen. It’s not that we don’t feed ground but dogs need to use teeth more. This helps her have a workout physically.

my dog is 9months old and about a month ago started scratching and it's gotten to point where I just feel terrible all the time.
I'm switching her today to carnivore. It has to be the food. My vet went on about "oh, studies show, blah, blah, blah"

I will never blindly listen to a doctor, in any field, ever again. I feel betrayed by the medical field.

I switched my 9 almost 10 yr old malamute to carnivore, as he was gaining weight and had bad joint pain.. 3 months on he went from 136.7 to 122.6. He has so much more energy and no more pain!!! I feed him raw burger and add some RX dog minerals to his food, he also gets a raw egg a few times a week and a high quality fish oil.

Commercial dog food is full of seed oils, sugars, carbs and processed chemicals.
Dogs are facultative hyper carnivores - they need meat with a little fat.
Cats are obligate hyper carnivores - they need meat.
Humans are facultative hyper carnivores - we need fatty meat.

All the metabolic chronic ailments in pets are caused by all the same things that cause the same in humans. IT'S THE FOOD.

Me and my guide dog are both carnivores now for six months. I also have reversed some of my blindness and of course many many other things. Thank you

My cavoodle was on raw chicken for a few months and started having terrible skin itching! Changed to raw beef 🥩 and she’s doing super at 14!!

It's so fun seeing all the same changes in them as we experienced going Carnivore.

One big perk is there's only like 10% of the poop!

Love this! I’m a certified pet dietitian and am always telling people about the benefits of raw food! You do have to be a little careful with commercial raw food because of the potential bacteria. Most the times dogs can handle it no problem but they can get salmonella and E. coli. Dogs digestion is much faster so the bacteria usually can’t duplicate and become dangerous. But that means their stool could have E. coli or salmonella. Also a lot of times dogs need a calcium supplement added to their food if you are not including bone. And puppies would need calcium and phosphorus for their growing bones. Also pouring a little raw goats milk over top is amazing for them!

Our 2 Great Pyrenees have been carnivore for 6 months. My wife and I for 18 months. This has cured all 4 of our many health problems. The Dogs live outside and work all night and sleep during the day. We feed them pork shoulder, ham, hamburger and chicken(all parts). We also pour our frying pan drippings on their food everyday. All these items are much cheaper per pound than dog food especially if you buy in bulk when on sale. We do not grind there food and do not separate bones they are smart enough to know what to eat and what not to. Regular scheduled measured meals are not necessary either. Some times The get several pounds of meat and some times a 1/2 pound. The days they eat big they sleep so hard for hours you know they are content.

I’m convinced that my dog is suffering from Oxalate toxicity just like me. Thought I was giving him top notch dog food until I looked at the ingredients. He’s a carnivore now and has been for a few years but he’s struggling. Not bad for a 13 year old Rhodesian though.

I’m back here after 5 months. Have seen so many dog food channels with veggies and carbs like rice. Even seen some that suggest supplements for their pooch food. Argh! Needed a reminder so I can make your recipe. The best out there. Thx so much Kerry. 👏🇦🇺🐕
Edit: My 17 yo cat is eating raw now and is jumping up on the kitchen bench, been a long time.

Don't forget to offer pets some raw green tripe (most everything they consume should be RAW).

What is the number of the meat grinder? You have several selections in the link. Thank you!

I wish I could go 100% carnivore for my two dogs. To expensive ☹️
I started them on 8oz of raw assorted meats and 1.5 cup of kibble a month ago. My Miko was diagnosed with MCT in November. That's why I changed my dogs diet. Miko is 55 pounds. Ivey is 75 pounds. She is overweight. Miko is at a perfect weight. Miko is 9 years old, and Ivey is almost 12. I give my girls a chicken thigh and some stew meat and a sardine. Sometimes, I will grab a pack of chicken gizzard and beef liver if I have extra money and if I can find it pink salmon in a can that has bones and skin.

Would love to know if you feed your dogs raw bones as well? Our 12 year old dog has been carnivore (raw) for 6 months, he's so much healthier now! 🐶.

Yeah, just looked up and checked normal dog food on carbohydrate conntent: 51%😲 What the heck! Never seen a wolf going in a grain field to knaw some wheat.... apart from eating grass and vomiting it up again. And we are surprised, that dogs get T2D and cancer? Ever heard of a wolf in Alaska having cancer?

I have a cat I've never fed kibble to. He is a batn cat so he eats rodents, meat rabbit kits that pass away and steak I give him. There is NO ODOR when he poops, or pees. Its crazy. Wish I'd done this with cats in the past.

Your cat's business is NOT supposed to stink!

You can do add ins too, like raw eggs, and chicken feet or pumpkin if stool too firm or soft etc. once you feed real food to your dog, you can’t go back, the great thing is there are so many options now for whole food diets, from pre ground PMR, Farmers dog, to dried raw foods like Sundays or Woof, you can make it as simple and cheap to as convenient as your budget will allow. Great video to get the word out Kerry. My dog had severe arthritis at only 6 eating kibble, I have gradually improved my pets diet, now they mainly eat PMR 80/10/10 muscle meat/bones/organs or just plain grassfed burgers from Costco, it is easier when you have a 12lb dog vs 120lb dog! many people try to make it more complex, but anything you do to move away from kibble is a huge improvement. Progress not perfection! 👍💗👍
