Sharing the secrets to how I consistently feed my dog a raw carnivore diet for around $1.20 per pound! These are the carnivore budget staple foods I always buy.

There is a common misconception that the carnivore diet is expensive and unaffordable, and this can prevent people from trying the diet, causing them to miss out on all the amazing benefits the carnivore lifestyle can offer. This is true for not only us, but for our dogs as well.

In this video I share my secrets to exactly how I consistently feed my dog a raw carnivore diet for less than $1. per pound, which is significantly cheaper than nearly every premium kibble brand on the market! By doing this, I have not only been able to feed my dog a species-appropriate diet that is going to allow her to live a long, happy, healthy life, but it saves me quite a bit of money as well! The best part? We can share almost all the foods I buy!

My mastiff girl is only on raw meat from local butcher, and even she is 58kg girl, I spent less money on proper food than before on kibble, plus her treats are cooked chicken, liver or chicken skin. No fake food. Happy healthy girl = happy mama.

I used your map and found 2 farms within 20 minutes of my house. Thank you! ✌️

Where i get my grass fed beef we get the trimmings for dogs. I use the chicken feet for broth and for dog treats, Bella loves them.

My last dog a weimaraner/shepherd cross i fed a raw food diet. She lived to 17 years 4 months. Pretty darn good for a larger dog.

Wow thanks I was just talking about putting my partners dog on the carnivore diet my two dogs from my early 20s were on the carnivore diet and they were super healthy her little dog food and hard kibble which I do believe that is bad for them now she’s having dental problems and I told her that I can start whipping up some chicken boiled water and just feed it to her like that with some peas and carrots that should do the trick. people would think I was crazy because I would do this for my dogs every day, but their teeth were very healthy and they had no dental problems in the long run. ❤❤❤❤❤

My dog is small. Feed her ground beef or turkey, chicken necks, eggs. She refused gizzards, and will not eat raw liver(beef or chicken) I have to cook it lol. I will have to try chicken feet. Eating raw meat has definitely improved her overall health.
Edited to add I also on occasion give her sardines.

I also recommend sardines in water from Amazon for $1 something a can. Omega 3 will counter omega 6 in beef.
Mussels and clams for zinc and selenium.
I also feed pork neck.
I shop at ethnic markets.

I can recommend ‘They Love It’ in the U.K.

Cost between £29-£36 for 10kg. £2.90-£3.60 per kg. DEFRA certified

Excellent video! (*you might want to check out 'green tripe' vs storebought cleaned/bleached tripe) Your video gave me hope. I have two large dogs, one is very ill, so I switched her to total raw. It has made a difference! She is happier again, runs, swims and plays. I wish I had done this with all my dogs. We only have one butcher within 3 hour drive. He will not touch poultry and his prices are the same or higher than the grocery stores. Strange. Luckily we have a big Walmart and a small family grocery that has excellent meats for a price less than Kroger - Yay. Again great video and thank you for doing that map. Wow!

👍🏼👍🏼Jacob that was very thorough and straightforward. Great info! Just another reminder that maybe start the video off by telling us your name 🙂 something like "hey I'm Jacob, I want to talk to you today about the cost of feeding your dog homemade raw food..." That way if it's the first video of yours that someone is watching, they'll get to know your name.
Btw, I "liked and subscribed and joined the Apex Tribe" after the 1st video of yours that I watched😊
I love that you say that at the end. It's catchy!!
You're gonna grow this channel fast, I can tell! Keep doing what you're doing (hat or no hat!! LOL)

I was shocked at how cheaply I could buy grass fed heart and liver. Beef from the same suppliers was like $20 a pound but heart was $5 a pound and liver $2. Initially I was buying it to add to my own burger mixes but we started adding it to ground meats for the dogs as well.

Beef hearts, chicken hearts, gizzards, liver are super cheap, healthy and I feed my dogs carnivore. I pressure cook all the chicken, grong the bones into a paste along with all the egg shells for calcium. More nutrient dense carnivore for all my dogs. They like fish as well.

Appreciate your working out what is great for your dog. Our dog is transitioning from 100% kibble with a rare raw egg to 90% ground beef or deer with a raw egg and sometimes chicken legs.

Thank you for telling us to take out the sharp bone on the chicken leg.
As a lab, she just swallowed the bone whole and that caused her some grief for a few hours. I don’t do that anymore. Do you have some suggestions to get her to chew it up?

She is looking great. Giving up the kibble has caused her to lose girth around the middle.

I just thought if we were meat based she should be too!

When I went carnivore, my sweet dog did. She eats what I eat. Grassfed or store bought. Whatever we have😊

Sir you did say anything about carbs from rice and fish and chia seeds for omega fatty acids, curd and coconut oil

It’s best to get the tripe meant for pet consumption because it’s green and not bleached. Green tripe is a great probiotic. Bleached tripe has most of its nutrients removed. I get mine from a natural pet food store but you can also order it.
