Thank you for this! Some days I’m super good and barely reach for my phone, other days I’m on it for hours and hours, it is such a yo-yo type thing for me that I’ve been struggling with! I know scrolling mindlessly isn’t beneficial, but I love how you’ve explained the digital wellness idea, it’s giving me a whole new perspective! I’m going to try to train myself to think first about if I have an intent or purpose when I pick up my phone rather than just use it for no reason 💗
