Take a break from wrist weight bearing poses with this full body flow for strength, stretch and balance.

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me in this new 25 minute full body intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class. This sequence doesn't include any weight bearing poses for your hands and wrists so there are no planks, no table top poses and no downward dogs. We'll begin standing up with some half sun salutations before moving into some warrior poses and finally some seated and reclined stretches.

This is great for balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. No props are required and it's best suited for intermediate level students. Beginners can certainly give it a try and simply leave out or modify poses. Enjoy!

You're one of my favorite online yoga instructors! I appreciate the physical cues as to where we should feel weight and tension, as well as that you provide a minutes-long savasana. I find a lot of instructors interrupt savasana so quickly, just as you are getting settled into it.

I was wondering if this class was going to make me FEEL GOOD and it did! It was exactly what I needed as an afternoon yoga practice after my hike this morning. I'm 65 years of age and I practice with you on-line all the time. You have a sweet spirit, very knowledgeable and it shows in your teachings.

I am 70 yrs old and have been familiar with yoga and have practiced off and on for the last 50 yrs, occasionally sidelined for long periods by life experiences. Most recently, I broke my wrist and have been doing your hands free practices. I love them! Thank you kassandra!

I've got tendonitis on both hand a year ago, that stopped me completely practicing yoga.

I was very excited to see a new hands free video, as I have been dealing with a wrist issue! I would love to see an advanced option with more balance poses, such as tree, eagle, big toe, standing pigeon, etc.
