I love the name Blucifer you so much for the road trip. Even though you didn't get to stay because of the weather, the lake looks amazing! I know there are things you miss from Blucifer, but the new things of Twocifer are awesome. I cannot wait to see a night view of Twocifer, in order to see the lit pony. I’d like to know of all the tech toys and features which are fixed and which are adjustable to fit the driver. For example, can I adjust the cruise control to be intelligent and then non intelligent? Sometimes I like cruise but don’t want the auto braking. Sometimes it’s more comfortable to glide along and then manually cancel..

Pilot Sport AS UHP. I replaced the stock Primacy tires with those on my Premium and now it sticks to the road very well. Efficiency is 2.7 miles/kwh on the freeway.

I'm also interested to see how the difference in range impacts your road trips. For us, between our First Edition and GT the stops we made between Chicago and Denver were the same throughout CO and NE, but we got directed to some different ones in IA and IL. Surprisingly, when we left Chicago in the GT with 100% we made it further than previous trips in the FE (however those trip were before the FE had any of the BlueCruise series of OTA updates). That's the good news. The bad news is the charger we were routed to as our first stop, in Iowa City, was far from the Interstate and was kind of slow (it was a Shell Recharge 150kW unit, but would only get up to about 28kW as I recall). We wound up staying only long enough to get enough range to drive 20 miles to a ChargePoint 70kW charger.

You guys are the first folks I watched on YouTube to learn about the Mach e, and you really made me fall in love with it! I knew I wanted to make the transition and didn’t know where to begin, and you guys really convinced me that it was an attainable goal! I got my premium AWD star white MME on July 5 (didn’t order- just got lucky and found one!) thank you guys!!!

Congrats on your new car :). I’d recommend getting dedicated winter tires if you already have the summer tires. I was in the same situation with a model 3 performance. I used Colorado tire storage to store the set I wasn’t using and they deliver it to a tire place to swap them out and pick up the old tires. The extra torque burns through tires so having the two sets ends up being worth it. The winter tires makes a huge difference over all seasons. Never bought winter tires until I moved to Colorado and had a performance car.

Thanks guys, I love your videos! I recently got a GT and it happened to be performance which I did not realize until after I got it - lol:). I was just going for GT, but I guess the dealer did not know the difference:) I love the power (unbridled), feel and handling, and yes the comfort which I think is unparalleled. Love the name!

For your next road trip, consider the beautiful Northwest. Oregon and Washington are EV friendly states. Our charging network is expanding and getting better every day as the State of Oregon surpassed 50K total registered EV's for 2022 and that is why I ordered my GT this past March. The Columbia Gorge, the Oregon coastline, wine country are beautiful. My GT is arriving in late September and it would be nice to meet you both to share you MachE experiences. Congrats looks fantastic. Very excited to hear about the process. Have 11k on my prem-Mach-e 1 in Feb of 21 so tired of no blue cruise, and no control to request/pick updates I want. Anyway know another person who switched to 2nd Ed Mach-e and happier.
