Simon love the work. Interesting how much unease was in the voice of the one women who posed the first question from audience. The team I was leading at the time of all of this mess was given a directive- do your own research, make your own choice, and that choice remains private. full stop. We would do all the PPE, etc. and take all precautions necessary but would have no mandate. Best decision in 17 years of owning a company and I know the future will prove this correct. cheers

I definitely agree with your final point Simon .
The way I see it we’ve been psychologically manipulated to forget what we stand for and see each other as enemies instead of allies or a united family.
.
It’s looking like a plot to divide and conquer.
.
What we should stand for is honor, equality, peace, unity and creating a society that values human decency
.
Our common threat is violence, human cruelty, inequality, and injustice.
.
Both sides of our political parties have become extremist when they started playing the finite game.
.
Both side is only concerned to appealing to one side and not what is best for the entire nation as a whole.
.
We all need to see ourselves as a United front, and see living with integrity, honor, empathy and fairness as a lifestyle.
.
If we can all agree to play the infinite game which is to become a truly united nation, we would be the
Greatest nation on earth.

Do you hear yourselves?
Thanks for pointing out what’s wrong. I hear you clearly when you offer solutions not just pointing to problems and showing what’s wrong with everyone. Ideals don’t make money.
I’m still listening
Thank you

Simon, that was a fantastic interview! You have a true talent for distilling profound knowledge in a way that’s accessible for the viewers. I genuinely appreciate how you highlight patterns from history; it provides invaluable context for understanding current events. It reminds me of the saying, ‘you reap what you sow’.

Apple took a nose dive when Steve Jobs was kicked out of his business. He was the heart and mastermind of Apple. They had no choice but to bring him back and he took Apple to a whole different dimension. It all boils down to leaders with an infinite mind whose playing the finite game. They are the movers and shakers of the world💞💞✌

How wrong was the guy with Simon on the whole vaccine talk… and how right his mother-in-law with her “few glasses of red wine”.

when ever I was in any „attractive Company“,

this eventually damages the entire Business -

The guy was so unaware when he told Simon that an employee moved and was happy and getting his job done, and the guy wanted him back at the office so he could go up to the guy and periodically ruin his lunch by sitting by him. Essentially: "I have a happy employee....WHAT DO I DO? Can you validate my concern? "

To anyone who wants to learn about empathy I HIGHLY recommend Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg.
The title of the book might be misleading, but it teaches how to connect to other people and to yourself, how to communicate

I like Simon and have learned a lot from any video or podcast of his I have watched or listened too. It's important to remember he has never ran a significant enterprise. There needs to be some balance. I would encourage people to consume some Jack Walsh and Andy Grove as will as the Simon Sinek's and Brené Brown's of this world. Most importantly, find your own style.
