Regarding the "Access is denied" message, it could be off two things. One, you may need elevated command prompt to do a command or two, Windows Defender may see the file you executing as a virus.

If you're sure that the file isn't a virus, then you should go into your Virus and Protection section of your Windows Defender and have it as an "allowed threat".

I am already running cmd in admin mode. And still getting access denied error. I think it is virus problem. I also can't start windows defender. When I search windows defender and click on it, noting 6 happens.

Yall if this doesn't work for you try disabling your firewall and anti-virus thingy. They activate whenever you try to run a file nd block it so you have to disable it in settings first

I'm trying to delete folders that even windows explorer can't show (I can see the two hidden folders by using Blender and then going to Open a file). This occurred by installing Windows onto two different drives and removing Windows off the other drive. Just "running as administrator" doesn't work. It deleted $RECYCLE.BIN but not System Volume Information.
