2001:4860:4860::8888 and 2001:4860:4860::8844 for IPV6

Then Restart your computer. then your problem will be solved.

Thank you Andrew. It's funny, it is a common exercise on IT class to set the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 in Packet Tracer, but I never know what it does or what it means. Anyway, it works now so thank you again

Thank you.This only affected MY win8 laptop, none of the other pc's (Win10 and Win7) were affected, so not a modem issue. I had to set both the wifi and the ethernet connections, with the ipv4 and the ipv6 addresses. Most videos just show the IPV4 solution, but it wasn't until I found your video and set the ipv 4 AND 6 (on BOTH my connections) that I finally had access.
