here is the command for force update grouppolicy : gpupdate /force

listen idk how I fixed it but with another solution but maybe this will help. Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE (DEL) at the same time, you will see some stuff but just press "TASK MANAGER" then a page will open, go to "USERS" and right click on the user and press "MANAGING USER ACCOUNTS" and another page will open and then press some stuff like "change the account control settings and Configure additional user profile properties"
and to me it actually worked out somehow. As I said, idk how it worked out. Hope it helps
