Setup Windows 11 without Microsoft Account - June 2024. Bypass OOBE & Microsoft Account Setup 23H2

Working method to Skip Microsoft Account Setup as of June 2024 for Windows 11 version 23H2
This method works as of June 2024 to bypass the Microsoft Account setup on Windows 11, letting you setup Windows 11 without using Microsoft Account and enable local account (offline account ).

This video used Windows 11 Home edition, version 23H2 and is Method 1 of 3, I will share other methods in separate videos, all dealing with Windows 11 network bypass or you being stuck at the annoying network screen.

I will be posting Method #2 as well, which I have tested and does allow setup of Windows 11 without using Microsoft Account as well.

Microsoft disabled Shift+F10 for the lastest release of Windows 11 using function with shift +f10 doesn't work either.
