Just tried this August 24, 2024. Worked like a charm! I used the 3rd option you showed, as it seemed simpler. It is ridiculous how Microsoft has elected to not only force new hardware on Users to run Win11, but also how they have tried to force us to use a Microsoft account. I attempted several techniques from several YouTube channel to bypass the phase, but weren't work. however, your First method is like a magic to me. it's really worked out for Lenovo T490 laptop. thanks, Chris.
