So you want to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware and don't want to use a internet connection, but you want to know how to install windows 11 with local user account. it can be done and I will show you how step by step. Microsoft are making it very difficult for you to install windows 11 without a Microsoft account, but their is a bypass you can use to make it work. Windows 11 requires an internet connection so press Shift +F10 this will open command prompt. I have another way which uses a different method, which I will make another video on.
