When does he ever lose weight or need to cut? He's basically a fitness model.

Too bad scammers and liars are the ones that are the most popular and have the most influence in the fitness industry

It’s sad that people have to sift through so much garbage to find any truth in the Fitness world. I feel sorry for any newcomers trying to get any knowledge these days. Thanks for pointing out these goofs so people that aren’t as educated have a understanding of how things work.

Brandon introduced me into this whole fitness and self-improving way of life and his book indications changed my life, but his last videos made me begin to question all the respect I have for him. He had a shit ton of potential, but it seems to be going all to trying to sell as much as he can while compromising actual good content.

I love that marketing mix "DO NOT DO THIS PROGRAM. IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. It WILL KILL YOU... send fifty buck paypal to..." Love it.

Yeah, but it doesn’t keep you from using it as click bait.

The website says 10-20 pounds in under 14 days, which I've done based on simple IF with good diet along with working out 4 days a week. I dont know what caloric deficit I was in but I surely wasnt at deaths door or living in the gym for 24hrs. Further I don't see it saying 10-20lbs of fat or him saying that, actually in his first video to introduce it, he keeps saying that alot of it will be water... He also showed the fat he lost and compared it to water he lost... I usually click on opposing vids to get another objective opinion, too bad this is just another hate video. You would've done better just saying it isnt sustainable or something like that. Good job tho, one thing you accomplished is that i now know to rule out your videos for future reference. Anyways, hopefully I can find a video speaking actual facts that opposes what Carter is saying.
Disclaimer: I have a life so it really wont bother me who decides to come after me in youtube messages, but sure go right ahead. Bless

Brandon Carter is the equivalent of a used car salesman. He'll tell you what you want to hear, but unless you open the hood, check the engine and transmission, go under the vehicle and inspect the chassis, you're buying something without facts.

Brandon's channel only blew up once he began taking gear now he can sell whatever he wants in the name of being natural.

I don't even think its possible to gain 10-20 pounds of fat in two weeks. Even eating crap and sitting on your ass all day. But people (uninformed people) will see this, try it, get disappointed and just continue the cycle of "nothing works". Good nutrition, and calloused hands work!

People forget that he tried to consume 10k calories a day for a week. So when going back into keto, it's possible. Now for the average person doing this, no this is not possible.

Its possible starvation plus a hard active day, if you dont get sick first or if you get sick you could probably lose more🤔

Maybe I should claim that I lost 10 lbs of weight in 2.5 days because my weight flucuates like that during the week when I recover and then go back on the gym on mon or tues. Even though most of the loss is literally water weight and glycogen stores. Seriously, the number on the scale doesn't mean a thing. A piss makes you lose half a lb. A dump makes you loss a lb or 2. The number on the scale doesn't mean anything unless you are overweight or underweight to an extreme.

Running an ultra marathon in a calorie deficit every day for two weeks is TOTALLY doable!

10-20 lbs in 2 weeks is too much, unless you're morbidly obese. But if you're just slightly overweight, such a loss is too much. 1-2 lbs per week is usually the safe pace, and even then it should be controlled enough that you don't go overboard.

10-20? Well, looks like I'm going to say I'm 25-35 years old. The real figure is a mystery.
