I agree, however I think that you should eat healthy, high in protein, and the calories should be: BW x 15 - 500 because I if you eat too little your probably losing muscle, not only fat in the process.

Na bro eat healthy. Eat better food cause it’s more satiating. Cut out processed carbs and fried food and seed oils. Eat things that have no ingredients eg meat, chicken, potato, green shit, fish

i’m 190ish lbs if i ate 1900 calories i would not be able to function at all im on a cut eating 3000 cals and dropping weight fast af don’t listen to that shit

What eat does matter because of chemistry
The chemicals in a can of coke or burger aren't the same as the chemicals in potatoes and chicken

Every food you consume has different types of chemical combinations

Its not right that everyone believes that a calorie is a calorie without considering nutrition involved
