As someone who had good skin almost all my life, adult acne was a huge blow to my confidence and even till now I'm still learning how to deal w them. I've got the worst kind of acne - cystic acnes. The deep rooted, red swollen, and large acnes that take foreverrr to go away.

I love hearing the positivity from u, abt how we will all heal in the end over time ❤️ and how acne do not define us as a person 😭💋

It's funny you should mention the sun.... the hotter and more bright the sun is the better my skin feels and looks. Long periods of overcast sky particularly in the winter makes my skin feel and look like shit and I always get 1 or 2 cystic acne pimples that take 2 weeks to start regressing. The mark from the latest one has now been on my forehead for 3 months and shows no signs of actually going away.
