If you have a failing system \ Windows drive and want to duplicate it to a new drive before it fails, you can easily clone it using the free Rescuezilla software. All you need to do is download the ISO file and burn it to a flash drive or CD and boot your computer to it. Then you will be able to copy your C drive or other drive to a different drive that you have attached to your computer. The software also has a disk imaging feature if you want to make backup images of your computer.

Here is a link to download the Rescuezilla software.

Here is a link to the video that shows you how to move the recovery partition so you can expand your new hard drive.

Nice to see that clonezilla now called rescuezilla is easier to use with a nice graphical interface.

you had gparted supplied with rescuzilla so, the recovery partition which appears to be in middle of partition scheme can be moved by gparted without any extra tools. Afterwards of course it is possible to expand main partition freely.

Rescuezilla has that built into the iso with GParted.

Two questions. First, is there not a setting in Rescuezilla to use the entire disk instead of leaving a partition unallocated? Second, following this procedure can both drives be used in the same machine? I tried that with Clonezilla and it is prohibited.
