20 Min Autumn Yin Yoga For Letting Go 🍂

Hi everyone. Welcome to this 20 minute Yin yoga practice.

As we move through Autumn, nature offers us a powerful reminder of the beauty in releasing what no longer serves us. Today we will focus on letting go—of tension, stress, or emotional weight, especially from the hips, where we tend to store a lot of emotions.

Asanas include Wide Legged Child's Pose, Sphinx, Sleeping Swan, Butterfly, Supine Twist and Pentacle. We’ll be holding each pose for about 2 minutes each.

Try to embrace stillness, observe your body, and surrender to the present moment. Breathe deeply into whatever arises, and allow yourself to let go.
