Doing this while doing my skin-care routine! Let's go!
Week 1:
Day 1: ✅ My tongue & jaw feel tired but the feeling is nice. It feels tighter too.
Day 2: ✅ It feels sore and all. But def see the difference in the jawline already.
Day 3: ✅ Feeling the burn. It hurts less than yesterday (sorry for the late update it's Lunar New Year so I'm staying up late to do this y'all. Wish u a happy new year ☺)
Day 4: ✅ The more u do it, the less it hurts guys. I'll keep going. Doing this also lessens the stress or the tension on my shoulder and neck. Relaxing <3
Day 5: ✅ When I looked at myself earlier today in the mirror, my jawline was a lot more defined. Did it today too <3
Day 6: ✅ Not feeling well today cause of a stomach ache. But I did the exercise anyway. Making a promise with yourself to not quit on hard days can pay a reward guys. Keep going!
Day 7: ✅ When I looked at myself today, my face seemed much smaller. The jawline is sharper as well.

Week 2:
Day 8: ❌ I didn't do it yesterday cause I was feeling tired so just did basic skincare steps and went to bed.
Day 9: ✅I'm doing it twice. In the morning and night as well to make up for yesterday.
Day 10: ✅ Did it today. Gonna be busy going back to uni but I'll try to do as much as possible.
Day 11: ✅ Waking up early to do this before class. My face is clearly smaller-looking now. Keep going.
Day 12: ✅ Check.
Day 13: ✅ It hurts less the more u do it. Did it today hurray!
Day 14: ✅ When you do it more and more, you will know how to get it right. This means it may hurt more than those first few times. But therefore it is much more effective.

Week 3:
Day 15: ✅ Check.
Day 16: ❌ I didn't do it yesterday. I've been busy af hic. Trynna make it up next time.
Day 17: ✅My neck muscles have become stronger. I can def see that. Maybe I'm gonna update till day 21 and continue to do it (since 21 days is enough to form a new habit 🤗)
Day 18: ✅ Check.
Day 19: ✅ Check.
Day 20: ✅ Check.
Day 21: ✅ Did it today! Hurray. After doing this exercise all this time, my face is much smaller. The jawline is more defined now, and the amount of fat under my chin decreased significantly.

I noticed that many in the comments start doing exercises, but do not complete them... and I decided that I would be one of those who would complete this and do the exercises for two weeks
start: 6.02.24
my face before: I have a round face, but I have cheekbones. There are cheeks and a double chin

Day1: I completed the first day. In the morning I woke up swollen, but after this yoga my face became normal again.

Day 2: I woke up less swollen today, which I'm glad about. If you want facial yoga to really bring results, here are my tips: 1. in addition to yoga, do gua sha for your face (not every day, every other day) 2. play sports (sports that you like) 3. drink more water (download reminder apps) 4. eat healthy foods (avoid sweets, fried foods and starchy foods) 5. Maintain a sleep schedule Many people think that doing only yoga will help, but to get results you need to do something else

day 3: in three days I realized that this yoga is good for swelling. It seems to me that changes have already occurred in my face. the contour of the face became clearer. I hope it's not a «placebo effect».But after asking people, they said that nothing has changed in me🥲(okay, it's only the 3rd day)

day 4: today I did gua sha and yoga for my face. I think my face has become thinner. My advice: to make your body and face more beautiful, keep your back straight. Maintain your posture (this will give you not only beauty but also confidence)

but the most important advice: love yourself! I don't see those who like my comment and who look at my results, but you are all very beautiful🫂💗

Day 5: My double chin is significantly smaller and less noticeable.

Day 6: I don't see any change since yesterday.

Day 7: it's been a week 🥳I'm so glad but in seven days I don’t see any significant changes, it seemed to me that the result would be better

day 8: today I woke up more beautiful than usual. The face is not swollen and beautiful.

day 9: today I did yoga and looking in the mirror I see that my face has become slimmer, the angles have become clearer. I'm glad.

Day 10: Even though I slept 5 hours after yoga, I look great

day 11:✅

Day 12: Today I had a very busy day and so I did yoga in the evening.

Day 13: the double chin has almost disappeared, the cheeks have become smaller, the face has become more elongated

Day 14: The two-week experiment is over. Result: the cheeks became smaller, the double chin became much smaller. The outlines of the face became clearer. I advise you to try this yoga. I think that in the future I will continue to do facial yoga every morning, but perhaps I will find another one.
