After years of dealing with chronic yeast infections, I lived in a house with black mould and that is when candida overgrowth really took a toll on my health. That is when I found the candida diet. Through the candida diet, I was able to heal from mould exposure, get rid of rashes and allergies, hives and a swollen face.

This candida diet advice is far better than Dr. Jennifer Daniel’s. I’m about to do the candida cleanse with turpentine and sugar cubes soon, which is from Dr. Daniel’s. But I can’t go with her candida diet bcuz it’s plant based and I’m on the carnivore diet. I can’t go back to eating veggies bcuz veggies makes me sick.
