I do a lot of "AI" denoising of RAW files. Hours every day. In my experience, RDNA3 is very strong with this. The RX7900XT outperforms the RTX4080 and is more than twice as fast as the M2 Max. I don't know about gaming but for this use case, it's spectacular! It does draw a lot of power, however.

For me aesthetics is in the last place, I care how my PC works not looks, price performance is the most important, cooling is next, RGB that I can turn off is a must and then aesthetics. Don't understand SFF and caring about PC looks.

personally i dont see why people have rgb or unicorn vomit as i call it, it really annoys me that my pc atm has a glass panel but then i am a tight wad and got given it !

10:35 If that's the 3060 Ti variant, that's the worst GPU I've ever owned. So hot and noisy, plus the memory would run at 100+ degrees. The card died less than a month after owning it, and getting a refund from Gigabyte was a nightmare, would never buy one of their GPUs ever again.

The "model" is the OEM specific graphics card. It's the model within the vendor brand.
The die or GPU is what you are calling a "model"
I know you know this, but it would have been better to use the terms standard to the industry.

Model, James it's called a grade SKU, card or its GPU component 'grade SKU' stock keeping unit, that is an industry term no one calls these model for any particular grade SKU. A model is a brand category and category slightly differs from model get your terms correct. mb
