Thank you for actually making SIMPLE recipes that are so so so yummy. I just made the spicy pepper toast + green mango smoothie and I loved it so much!!! I’ve been doing thru a patch of depression so simple healthy meals like this make me feel happy knowing that I can still treat my body well even when I’m feeling down. Thank you again! I made the banana coffee overnight oats too, I can’t wait to eat them in the morning!

Some great recipe ideas I can't wait to try. That toast would be good with hummus or ricotta cheese. Also I'm thinking sauteed onions, mushrooms and spinach along with the roasted peppers (or roast the onions and mushrooms with the peppers) would also work and be delicious with it.

I would have been happy if you showed all 58 recipes! Your recipes always look (and taste) delicious. Could you show one of the pancake recipes next time - maybe the classic oat & banana pancake mix or the magic apple pancake mix?

It’s the anti inflammatory omega 3s in chia seeds, walnuts (flax) etc that are so important. They open up anti Inflammatory pathways, make our cell walls more liquid so other signaling processes can work better. Thank you for providing recipes with these healthy fats, not cooked. Delicious.
