Omg, thanks for also eating frozen vegetables.
My parents try to criticise me every time for eating them, calling them unhealthy…

The silent "You can do it" While adding the tofu got me lol, also, this looks amazing!

That frozen fried rice from Trader Joe’s is fantastic! What a great affordable way to bulk it up with more veg and protein!

Fun fact: if you add mustard powder to your frozen broccoli after cooking it reactivates the sulforaphane, which is the cancer fighting chemical in broccoli, this is lost if cooked normally.

This channel has actually been a big reassurance for me because I have an aversion to fridges, I hate the smell of cold food but for some reason I can deal with food if it’s in the freezer, so hearing that frozen veggies are actually healthy and good for you is very reassuring 😅

I learned with you that mgo and frozen food aren't really unhealthy! Thank you for the good content

I love that you also show frozen foods and different ways to eat them. I feel like so much of food culture is eating "fresh never frozen" but for a lot of ppl frozen meals and vegetables are more accessible and stable.

Please so more like this! This style is so much easier for me to follow along with and comprehend what's happening, what to do and what you're saying. I'm completely new to dieting and eating healthy and I struggle with the fast paced content everyone posts!!

I love those frozen veggies from Costco because they are super easy to make you can even season them however you like and you can roast them steam them and stray fry them. Great healthy and easy option for dinners and lunches

I eat this SO much cause it’s cheap, easy, and tastes so good. I usually marinate my tofu and pre cut my produce tho

Hey folks, I just want to drop this here for anyone who wants it: “lazy” is a not-great descriptor for why you can’t do something. There is always a reason, and there are always ways to work with yourself to do things you want to do (or get as close as possible). It’s all about anticipating your own needs and being proactive about taking care of yourself.

Thanks for being real. I tire of people acting like making meals with multiple components from scratch is something anyone can do whenever they want. I personally find the truth to be a bit more involved than that.

I love when you share these “lazy recipes”. I have 3 autoimmune diseases and between fatigue and pain I can’t cook a lot of the time. I feel like this is something I can make in larger servings to use through the week.

This weeks “lay girl recipe” at my house is a thawed bag of frozen quinoa, spinach, chickpeas, roasted peppers, Kalamata olives and feta. Toss with diluted hummus and lemon juice. It’s so good and I don’t have to cook. Also I need a high sodium diet so olives and feta are perfect
