Great advice. I especially like the "enjoy your meals" tip. It really helps to have healthy foods you look forward to eating. I need to eat more legumes, so I will work on that!

Well said. My problem personally are recipes: having always eating frozen unhealthy foods like burgers/fish sticks etc I have no idea how to enjoy helahty food like legumes, like making it tasty. Your weeks of eating are very useful in this sense showing very simple doable yet nice meals, I hate when on yt it seems you have to only eat gourmet recipes to be healthy.

I have discovered that if I start my day with water - about three bottles - the rest of the day goes much better. I'm not able to reach my water goal as easily if I don't start my day, before breakfast, with water. I feel so much better because I drink it - it's amazing how we don't prioritize that in my country.
