This High Intensity Interval Timer (HIIT) is for a 5 movement workout and has a 30 seconds exercise, 30 seconds rest interval. Follow five movements for a total of 4 rounds. The complete workout is 20 minutes long.

Use the workout for pe classes or other instructor led classes or create your own workout at home.

1. squat w medicine ball lift
2. plank
3. donkey kicks 15 secs each leg
4. tricep extensions
5. weighted bridge
i did a jog in place (the one where you touch one foot on a ball... like a soccer warm-up) for the 30 secind rest. a nice burn/sweat for a short workout.

thanks! i did 3 rounds of
1: kneel to knee drive
2: side bound w double shuffle
3: 90• squat pivot
4: forward bound to fever bear crawl
5: reverse plank marches
6: static sprints

I appreciate this timer so much! I come back to this multiple times a week! Although I would love if you guys could make one that’s 30 minutes long, because I always rewind it to the beginning after 10 minutes to get 30 minutes in!
But other than that it’s perfect!
