Let's do a leg workout plan with this Hiit timer, 30 seconds for every Round and 15 seconds rest. Here is my workout plan without equipment :

i like it, except I REALLY need those beeps. Need the audio queues to help me know when to start and stop. music drowns out the beeps

According to my Garmin, this is not 30/15. More likely 31/16ish
