13:32 Well... not exactly. Yes, the idea originated from MH, but out of an audience misunderstanding. The MH crew has stated in interviews that there are NO Proxies in the series. All the characters are in large part acting of their own volition (save for when they encounter The Operator and get teleported, sick, or memory wiped) against one another.
The Operator is more of a driving force than a puppeteer.

The first and second tier are just the most well-known 'YouTube horror' content up there. It gets worse and more disturbing when progressing far enough. Can't wait for part 2 and 3!

Theres something I kinda miss from 2000s and early 2010s internet theres a mystic to it and these early horror series seemed to have some bit of truth to them or allowed theory crafting to them and rumors could spawn from them
I can't wait for part 2
