So compound lift's closer to 3 min's, while isolation lift's closer to 1-2min's.

Coming from RPs 4 factor rest model, how does the target muscle and synergist muscles fatigue factor in here? Is it only cardiovascular?

I find Vince Gironda’s 8x8 with 15sec rest between sets amazingly effective.

I wouldn’t recommend just one long circuit but a few super sets is awesome

How does something Vince Gironda-style workouts fit in, where you have high RIR for your first sets (doing your 20RM for sets of 6-10), short set lengths (because 6-10 reps don't take as long as 20) but also short rest periods of 30 seconds to a minute? What about the folks who do GVT without the tempo aspect (i.e. 10x10with their 20RM, typical 1:0:1:0 or 2:0:2:0 tempo and 1 minute rests)?
