1️⃣ **Top End Sets (2:00-5:00 rest)** 🚀
For those explosive, all-out efforts where you're lifting at or near your max, longer rest is needed. This allows for full recovery, CNS (central nervous system) reset, and ATP (energy) replenishment.

2️⃣ **Working Sets (:90-2:00 rest)** 💼
The bread and butter of our training sessions! You're working, but not at max capacity. This is where all the gains come from stimulating hypertrophy, strength, and endurance adaptations!

3️⃣ **EMOMs (Every Minute On the Minute) for lighter sets** ⏰
