Although they're there for you to follow, if you feel like you need more rest, feel free to rest longer 💪🏼

I have the problem that I don’t rest enough without the timer and just get too fatigued and my form suffers 😅 I loove the timer, but sometimes those 5 minutes between deadlift sets feel like an eternity.

Hmm noice although I don't follow it but can be beneficial for individuals with less time to work with

I’ve heard I’m not sure but I think we shouldn’t only rest for 2-3 mins but instead rest for however long it takes our bodies to fully recover *as in feeling how you did before you started the set.

I usually rest till I’ve caught my breath but still so my heart beat is raised if I rest too long I end up being more tired

Another way instead of rest time I just set say 15 mins to do 5 sets. So each set is 3 mins includes the time I did the set n rest time. Good thing is at times too tired n forget which set I’m at. So say now it’s 6min I know I’m on 3rd set.

I use Setgraph. When I log my set it automatically sets a timer

I dunno mate, I just sit and watch YT shorts until my legs feel fine again 😂 Maybe 2 minutes at first and 3 minutes before the last set, who knows?
