This is useful!! I ALWAYS tend to get mad real fast. I disgust myself with the way I react to things. I'm happy I have an opportunity to see what I'm doing wrong and I have support to correct my behavior

Being a mother of a 2.5 years old and a 8 months old this was right up my alley, I have come to a point were I feel all I ever do is being stressed and angry! And then when things go well the silly kids ruins it by being kids! Imagine that!

In other words, much needed, thanks! I should watch this every day I think, until I don’t need it anymore!

Thank you ! I know all the points you made but I needed reminding! I have a plan to write this all down, put in my calender and hopefully read it every morning. It sounds so easy, but I still need constantly reminding to change my mindset 👍👍

I’m so sad because today I flashed out on my son (only 3 years old) he was crying freaking out about a splinter in his finger, and I tried to take it out and he wouldn’t let me which caused me to be so frustrated that I yelled at him and tried to forcefully take it out, he started crying and was scared … poor baby I promise to never scare you again and get out of control like I did earlier today it breaks my heart that I did that I feel so ashamed and guilty …. 😔
