Donell's experience with dyslexia started 21 years ago when she married her undiagnosed dyslexic husband and later found that two of her four children also had dyslexia. After her son's diagnosis, dyslexia became her life's passion. As a teacher, literacy specialist, and mother, Donell is well aware of the challenges educators face when teaching and accommodating students with dyslexia.
