This was one of the best standing abs workouts I’ve ever done. It’s far more comprehensive than any floor ab workout, because it’s using * every * darn * muscle * you have in your midsection!! Plus, it’s completely low impact - yet you get a THOROUGH workout!!! Excellent! 👏👏👏

I do many of these work outs, and actually combine some of them for longer sessions, awesome, very easy to follow, Is there any chance you can do resistacne band workouts or Trax, thank you so much for some of these work outs, these have actually helped me drop from a waist size of 40 to a 36 over a short period, totally made me feel better and now I am chasing more goals, thanks guys keep it coming

Hi Hasfit! Just want to say thank you for all the excellent workouts! I've been using your workouts for years now, but up until half a year a go started seriously using them on a consistent basis and I can really see the results! Not only see them, but feel them too. Each day I push myself more and more, using heavier weights, trying to push myself physically and more importantly for me, mentally.
