Hello, I noticed about a year ago that a little bit above where my shoulders meet, I have a bump there from my spine. It makes it hard for me to look up/tilt my head back and it’s very uncomfortable. Whenever I look up it doesn’t curve in like a normal neck, it bulges outward and barely curves in at the top of my neck. I’m very insecure about it and it makes it hard to do normal things like wash my hair. Does this sound like cervical kyphosis? Please please answer, thank you🙏🏼

Hi
Please can you help me
I have osteoporosis and now kyphosis
I also have severe emphysema
Back in March I had a terrible chest infection and my coughing was really bad
I mention my pain to to emergency doctors at the hospital
I was to my pain was muscular
They took a chest ex ray and I was admitted onto the respiratory ward for almost a month
I also had an arteria blood test that showed I am a co2 retainer
On the ward I was still complaining of back pain
Again I was told it was muscular
I left the ward and was re admitted in the august with my gallbladder
At that time I was given a Ct scan on my lungs and gallbladder
The report stated that I had two sever wedge fractures that were present on X-ray back in March
Nothing was done about it
I was referred to see a rheumatologist who I see in Jan the waiting list is so long
I was then admitted in hospital again in September as I had acute pancreatitis
Again I told the doctors about how painful my back was
Again the doctors felt my back and said all the could see and feel were bones to where I was telling the pain was
I have a physio coming to my home next Tuesday referred by my doctor to help me get some relief
I was at the emergency room again only last week because I am getting numbness and tingling in my lower back and down below in my private and have had accidents where poo has been on my tissue when wiping myself
My doctor referred me for an emergency mri
Thankfully there is no nerve compression but, I still have the two fracture and told they are healing slowly but I am now 9 months on
Is a rheumatologist really the right specialist to deal with my kyphosis and fractures?
I didn’t have a kyphosis as far as I know before I had the fractures
Are you in the uk and do you take on patients privately
I don’t feel I have had the treatment I deserved and free sin is not getting and easier
Please help and give me some advise as to what you think I should do
Many thanks
