Knowing that you are an expert on Argentine meats, I would like to recommend the most conventional way of preparing tongue in our cuisine: "tongue in vinaigrette", which we usually eat as a starter or even in a sandwich as a cold cut. I was quite surprised by the very different way of preparing the cut in Japanese cuisine, and the quality of the restaurant and the chef's category are evident. Thank you very much for the video!

I would imagine wagyu liver, tongue and hoof taste the same as non wagyu and you're just paying a lot more for the "brand"
