Congrats, completing couch is a huge accomplishment, currently up to the beginning of week 6 myself after having to spend a couple weeks repeating week 5 so I could do the 20 minute, you’re a huge inspiration :)

This video is a year old now, did you continue running afterwards? I have to say outdoor running is fabulous to ensure you aren't bored, it's much more mentally active planning and/or following a route, there is wind, following the shade/sun, uneven footpaths, hills, cars/bikes and cute dogs to wave hello to! Give it a go if you haveny! I still listen to a podcast or music but the boring feeling is just *different* outside!

Well done! Strongly suggest you set-up a tv for running on a treadmill. If you're going outside, getting something like trex-titanium and listening to music/audiobooks/etc can help a lot.
