I have damage to my vision from people driving with extremely bright LED headlights. High beams used to temporarily blind me, but these LED headlights are so damn bright that they have left a lasting burn mark in my vision !.

Toyota drivers are notoriously known for this, driving with high beams on. Or no lights at all during night time. Worst people to be around on the road.

Well that is something you learn when you go for your license, you allways dim your headlights in traffic, that should be common sense, and I'd someone does not dim their head lights when I approach, I will definitely remind them in an extremely bright manner. That usually works like a charm.
