I went through all the settings several times and nothing changed except (Resetting all Settings) described in #10 and it worked like a charm for my iPhone 11! Easy, and fast! Now I can hear a normal conversation without using speaker phone. Thanks!

Tried all 10. Cleaned the earpiece with alcohol and cleared the lightning connected for debris which worked. Thank you.

I thought I was going insane with the low volume when listening to a phone call . I called Verizon and Apple to no avail. Why is this so complicated? Who is designing these complicated, complicated features nobody needs while removing the whole purpose of a phone call: to hear the person who is calling. You are amazing for sharing! Thank you!

I had this issue awhile back and forgot how to fix it when a friend came to me saying her phone had this issue. She had tried everything. NOPE! The hard reset, Force Restart did the trick! Made her day and mine! Thank you and God bless!!

Excellent video, my problem was solved by changing audio routing to speaker. Close to a dozen videos I watched earlier did not suggest this solution.
