Constant tension makes for better gains. Hence I’ve noticed the hip thrusting machine is better than regular bridges on the floor. It almost doubles the weight than that of a regular glute bridge.

If you want glued hamstrings that will blow anyone away there's only three exercises in full range of motion which target the glue awesomely sumo deficit sumo preferably Smith machine and deficit Bulgarian split squats. Honestly I wouldn't waste your time with hip thrust

I'd like to ask you if it is normal to be able to lift more weight through hip thrust or glute bridge, as I've tried it until now with less weights than I can handle and I didn't feel any difference in the glutes' area. So I'll put more weights and try again. Still I think that standing in an upright position on another machine and kicking the weights backwards, almost as we do in donkey kicks, gives us better and quicker results!

All this time I thought I was doing hip trust but I was actually doing KAS glute bridge !
But wich one are the most efficient?

Every time I try this exercise I feel faster fatigue in muscle around my knees... What I'm doing wrong? 🤔

These ‘influencers’ 😂😂 the results always look different compared to when they actually do the exercise.
The video starts off in good contrasting lighting that creates light and shadow, the camera is placed BELOW the glutes which will change the look alone, plus pulling up those leggings like that 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 actually hilarious because the glutes look half the size during the exercise
