Helpful vid, thanks. I just did these (KAS) on leg day, but I haven't done them for about a year so I was a bit rusty. Frankly, I was probably doing a hybrid between the two exercises, using control but coming half-way down, with my back not really raised high enough due to equipment availability, but it's all good. Just to say, I haven't thought to do them more often because I'm male, and although it's now much more acceptable to do the abductor machine and kettlebell swings, it remains awkward for guys to do such thrusting movements in a busy gym, even if they try and hide in the Smith machine! Anyway, I had slight issues getting the bar in the right place without it graunching on my hips, but lesson learnt for next time: definitely use a normal sissy pad or the one seen in this video as a buffer.

Hello Anita thankyou for the video I’m just starting with my fitness journey just wanted to know if it’s possible to do a progressive overload with these kas glute bridge or would you recommend to sticking to a certain weight and reps, many thanks lovely 💕
