This elixir is one of my favorites! It is filled with an abundance of antioxidants to keep your body strong and healthy. Matcha green tea and turmeric when combined, have a strong synergistic effect for metabolic fat burning. I purposely composed different fat burning elixirs on my channel because not everyone's body's chemistry is the same. Some people will be more reactive to certain herbs and spices than others. Let me save you the trouble....1 cup boiling water
3/4 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder
1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric
1 pinch of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
a little raw honey or natural sweetener
Mix and drink 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime.
You can also drink this 30 to 45 minutes before breakfast
on an empty stomach.

Golden milk for bedtime: warm milk, turmeric, honey, small sprinkle of fresh ground pepper - could put a touch of ginger and/or cinnamon if you want.

Ok. I will try it tonight: 1 cup boiling water, 3/4 teaspoon matcha green tea powder, 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1-2 pinches of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, a little bit of raw honey. Drink 30-45 mins before going to sleep and in the morning on empty stomach 30-45 min. before breakfast.

Awesome video but I take your recommendations on an empty stomach for
1) apple cider vinegar, honey,
2) olive oil and lemon
3) garlic ginger and lemon for high cholesterol
How many things could I possibly drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach?😀 HELP

Dr Alan, I read in mamy different magazines that Matcha should be prepared with hot but not boiling Water, about 70 Celcius degrees... You told boiling Water... Won't high temperature spoil Matcha ??

My elixir: 1 spoon honey (good quality) Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, lemon (organic) slices with the skin, dash of pepper, green tea, hot water. I’ve been doing this for two years. I hope to find matcha as I think this will be another improvement on this great elixir. It helped
me heal after slipped disc surgery, actually it saved me from taking a ton of pills. I thinks it’s a wonder drink.

I've been doin one of your alternate elixirs off and on and then this past week while on vacation, and I've had Deep dreaming sleep multiple dreams. I needed the long sleeps to heal my body and mind.

We all appreciate all your drinks but there have been SO many to drink “first thing in the morning” and “right before bed” that there aren’t enough days in the week (or year) to drink them all. It also begs the question, “which one of these numerous drinks REALLY works “? Also, I prefer simple drinks instead of the ones with too many ingredients.

Cinnamon is good. I just eat a piece of toast or two with butter, brown sugar, and Ceylon Cinnamon for breakfast.

I'll have to try this matcha tonight.

Not just on this video but all the videos with the ingredients needed with the amounts of the ingredients. Could it be possible to leave the ingredients and amounts on the screen just a little longer. Sometimes it flashes so fast. Anyway just a suggestion. I will try this for a week. Since I had a kidney transplant 6 years ago at age 61 and put on Prednisone, my belly just keeps getting bigger for no reason and I don’t eat or drink that much. I have always been a slim person until my transplant. I really hope this works for me.

Warning: Everyone is different! And... Curcumin reacted like an estrogen in my body causing me to have severe emotional reactions like PMS---crying for no reason, etc. I've had a full hysterectomy and am 58 and have been off hormones for quite awhile. So, needless to say, it was not fun! Realize, what may work for some or even most may not be good for all! Best wishes everyone! 💞
