For years I could not go to sleep before 2 am and up 6-7 am. Out of desperation I tried this tea concoction. For a week now it has worked. Getting 8 plus hours of sleep and hopefully the waist line will follow suit. 5 stars

1. Cup or mug (8-12 ounces of water 💧
1. Tea bag of peppermint
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon powder
1/4 to teaspoon of ground ginger powder
Juice of 1/3 of a lemon 🍋
1/2 to 1 tablespoon of natural raw honey
add peppermint tea bag to hot water 💧 add cinnamon, ginger 🫚 and lemon 🍋 juice and stir well steep 5-6 minutes then add Honey 🍯
