I will try this and see if it helps me. I don't know how much I can do though. I injured my upper back right around my right shoulder blade and it's killing me. Spasms and pain.

When doing the leg raise/extentions, I Can NOT get my legs "straight", probably at least a 15 degree angle from being straight.
