please can you help me with file explorer sometimes i mean sometimes gives me black screen at the top where the up and back and down arrow is also the search place shows black sometimes its okk but sometimes too it goes blank and cannot use the back or forward also cant see the tab place i mean sometimes everything at the top and only the the Home and Gallery and my pc and downloads and documents that side is always problem but the top side from where you can see the New and the cut and the paste and the rest all to the top goes blank in windows 11 am wondering why is doing that please can you help please
