You can still drag files into any location whether in address bar or drop box to the left in 23H2. Also everything you mentioned about task manager is the same, and the RAM unit is already in MTs in the last year's release as well

I'm just going to wait until it shows up in windows update no rush just only new features no security updates in this one. Windows will release it with a few security updates in the coming weeks.
