I already have the KB5041585 update and this new drag & drop still doesn't work for me

Are the new features Blue screens, because I updated 10min ago and can’t run Win11 for more than 30sec before blue screen. Even after uninstalling recent updates, and won’t allow me to uninstall quality updates… also just did a restore point from two months ago and she still crashes.
