20 Min Pilates Glutes | Pilates for Weight Loss & Strength 28 Day Challenge Day 13

This is a beginner friendly 20 Min Pilates Glutes workout, no equipment required.
This workout has 3 positions for glute exercises: Bridging, kneeling, and sidelying. If you would like to make this workout more challenging, you can use ankle weights or hold a single dumbbell at your hips during the bridging exercises.

My goal is to select exercises that challenge and strengthen you enough to stimulate change in your body. Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, or "toning"/ "sculpting", it is important to feel challenged in the workouts you select. If this workout does not require much effort for you, you can repeat rounds or add additional weight as mentioned above. If your goal is weight loss or toning/sculpting, a calorie deficit is necessary, as exercise alone can not shrink or "tighten" any area. Whatever your goal is, I hope you find my workouts are easy to follow, challenging, and enjoyable!

love your 28 days challenge videos. i already lose 4 kg by doing your workout + IF +treadmill every weekend. now im on day 13 of the workout challenge. wish me luck on my journey to 80 kg

Day 13 done! I can tell today that I’m improving for sure. I’m able to do the moves better, fuller, and hold longer than when we started. It seems crazy to think that in this amount of time I have this amount of improvement. I’m excited! Thank you, Rachel! Another great workout to get my day off to a great start! ✨

Day 13 and 14 done ✅ I had to skip a day yesterday as ran out of time. Was a bit of a struggle with stomach cramps today. But got them both done 😊

Round 2, Day 13 Done!❤ I find myself more up for the challenge mentally when it comes to my problem side( right glute). I perform workouts on that side first to really engage MTMC, Mind to muscle connection 😊

Day 13 Feeling a bit under the weather, and I contemplated skipping this one, but I did it! I'm feeling stronger and don't get puffed anymore when I go up the stairs at work. Loving the timers they make me feel like I can stick it out and have been a great motivator for me.

Day 13 complete! I notice my right flute activating more and that made me happy. I am focused on performing these movements more controlled, as well as listening to what you said about my hip sinking in. It’s a feat but I did it🎉🎉🎉

Day 13.2 done. Thank you. I still haven't worked my way up to longer workouts, and truthfully time doesn't necessarily permit longer workouts. Happy that I can get some meaningful movement in.

Hey there it's me 55 yo lady Day 13 first round done ...good glute workout cause my arms were so sore from yesterday didn't notice my butt 😂...the first bridge with leg raised is still hard for me...BUT I couldn't do more than one in the first or second video...and was able to do almost all...can't wait till I can do them all like yay love the burn...I feel like that's far away but it's the goal 😂 ❤💪 see you tomorrow
