I did the shortbread ones last night and these turned out amazing.

The peanut butter cookie recipe worked wonders also - I’ve made 2 additional batches since being in lockdown 🙈. I will be attempting your soda bread tomorrow, wish me luck.

I literally got up from the couch as soon as I saw this and made the chocolate cookies. They taste sooo good and just like mentioned they are soft cookies not crunchy 😀😀
